I just spent a little time on eBay checking what various drivers have been going for (802D,902A, 416, etc) and the prices seem shockingly low - under $200, often as pairs, all in good working condition. This is not how I remember them.
Have prices dropped, or have I been living in a dream world? I was planning on selling off all but my 604B/E's but now it hardly seems worth it.

The 604B/E should easily bring 1200 for the pair with crossovers probably closer to 1500. I haven?t noticed a big dip in the prices of alnico stuff, the summer was a bit slow but no worse than any other year. 802s seem to be bringing good money, Gs especially and Ds. Original 515s are through the roof right now and 416s are holding their own. I guess after they stopped making this stuff it became like any other rare commodity, prices fluctuate a bit but they hold their value well.

I can't picture any circumstance where I would sell my 604B/E's, but I have a pair of checked out and remagged by Bill 802-D's, 902-A's and 416's (reconed and remagged by Bill) that I am looking forward to selling; all 16 ohm, if anyone might be interested. Also a pair of 811B and 511B with the silastic welds. Price negotiable.
